Delivery policy

Downloadable songs and albums

After payment you (the customer) will receive an email with credentials to access your download area where you will be able to download the songs or albums bought.

You (the customer) will be able to download songs or albums for 10 days. If you are having problem downloading your songs or albums please contact us.

CD Copy

After payment we (NickBicat.com) will dispatch your order within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days.

Returns & Refunds policies

We will take great care that your receive your CD copy in perfect condition and good working order. However, if you receive the wrong CD, or the copy is damaged or faulty, please write to us via our contact us form. We will either replace it or arrange a refund.
